How much does Recepta cost?
Recepta costs $19 a month for up to 5 people and 200 receipts, $39 for 25 people and 1,000 receipts, or $79 for 100 people and 5,000 receipts. Every plan has every feature and a 7-day free trial. Limits stop; they never add charges.
Plans differ by people and receipts a month. A receipt counts when it's uploaded or forwarded. Sample receipts, mileage and per diem entries don't count, and deleting a receipt doesn't give it back.

Every plan includes: aI receipt reading (photos and PDFs) with a confidence for every field, all reviewable and editable; a personal email address per person for forwarding receipts; original receipts kept and viewable next to what was read; duplicate detection; editable expense policies: category limits, receipt thresholds, weekends, alcohol, daily meal allowance, age; multi-step approvals: approve, reject or ask for changes; mileage and per diem entries; multi-currency with the exchange rate and its source shown; exports: CSV, QuickBooks Online and Xero import files; an audit trail of every change, data export and deletion.
Before you choose a plan: the sample receipts (unlimited, they never count) and 10 real receipts a month for 1 person, enough for your first exported report. Prices in US dollars, billed monthly; cancel any time. Limits are a hard stop: when a period's receipts are used, new receipts wait until the next period or a bigger plan. Nothing is charged automatically for going over. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial (a card is asked for; nothing is charged until it ends).
