Recepta gives a small finance team checked expense reports without chasing. Your written policy becomes rules that flag limits, missing receipts, weekends, alcohol and daily allowances; duplicates are caught; approvals run in steps; approved reports export as CSV, QuickBooks Online or Xero files. Business costs $79 a month for 100 people.

How it works
- Upload photos or PDFs, or forward receipts to your private Recepta address.
- Check what AI read beside the receipt: every field shows how sure it is, and you can edit anything.
- Submit the report; approvers approve, reject or ask for changes; finance exports the batch.
What it doesn't do
Recepta isn't tax advice and doesn't decide what's deductible. It doesn't issue cards, pay people or sync live with accounting systems; finance pays as it does today and imports the files Recepta exports.
